The purpose of Helping Hands Homecare is to provide vulnerable people with the opportunity to remain independent within their own communities, in a dignified and secure manner. Staff will be trained via the NVQ system and verified by the City and Guilds and ElWA approved body. Clients will have the support of a nurse lead service to have personal and domestic care, as well as social needs met, to ensure that their ability for social inclusion to their full ability is assured.

It is intended through continued professional development that all staff who are engaged in the management and running of the service, are at the vanguard of services standards and innovations. Continuing internal and external training programmes, for both staff and management alike, to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest legislative and best practice procedures.

Each client will be treated as an individual and given the support to enjoy a dignified and meaningful lifestyle that respects their rights, and encourages their involvement in the immediate and surrounding community.

Through instruction, guidance, encouragement, and support it is proposed to support clients to experience involvement in their communities that will improve their abilities and enjoyment of their world and their surroundings.
