Domiciliary Service.

Homecare, also known as domiciliary care, is a term for support provided in the home by one or more care workers to assist someone with their daily life. Helping Hands has a variety of experienced male and female care workers all qualified through the NVQ system and are able to provide a full range of services.

Helping Hands will endeavor to provide top quality services to ensure quality and reliability whilst enabling people who need care to remain in their home & help maintain personal independence, comfort and contact with their local community.

Homecare is flexible, with just the right amount of assistance at any one time. You may only require a small amount of support – from half an hour a week, to several hours a day, or even live-in care. The service may be on a temporary, intermittent or long term basis.

Here at Helping Hands we will ensure that your needs are met and that your care plan will be centered around you.

The domiciliary service is managed by David Thomas who is a qualified trainer assessor and multiple NVQ award holder. The company has a modern training centre which provides Induction, NVQ, CMT, ASDAN and basic skills training to internal and external candidates.
