David Has 9 Years experience in running a domiciliary company and has worked with all the range of people that we look after. He is dedicated to providing top quality care and ensures this by using the Investors in People and ISO 9002 awards.

He is experienced in auditing and keeps our internal audits in order. David’s earlier experience is dealing with children and children with learning disabilities (however the company does not provide a service for people aged less than 18 years) and his other professional qualifications are in teaching sport.

David has used this experience and brought many new services to the company especially for the age group 18 – 25.

Our Workers

We recognise that for most service users the most important people in our organisation are the care and support workers with whom service users will have regular contact. We take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff. Our staff have a wide range of qualifications from:

Nvq2 in care right up to level 4 within the company, we have bereavement councillors, all manual handling, food hygiene, Alzheimer’s care and emergency medication.

We pride ourselves on the fact that our staff are trained regularly. They have two hour refresher session on relevant issues; this allows us to keep all our staff up to date with the changing rules and regulations that are about at the moment.
